Shipping your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and signature delivery.
Exceptions to this are custom-made products that may be shipped more than 2 business days after receipt of payment.
Whichever shipping type you choose, we will provide you with a tracking code to follow your shipment online.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the product and its size. We recommend that you group your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.
